第一次健身

今天是我人生中第一次去健身房健身
其实我一直以来都很想很想拥有健壮的身材,自卑当我看到其他男孩子一个两个都至少有肉,看上去又好看的感觉。。。
我并不是要锻炼到很大只很大只,但至少不要像现在那么的瘦,手臂那边至少有肉,看起来比较大只,穿起衣服来无论长袖或短袖手臂会好看,我已经是很满足了。。
但要多久我才会炼到那个程度呢?!

今天是第一天,我已经觉得我俩个手都‘散’了T___T
我朋友说明天我就会感受到
其实我现在连冲凉都感受到它的效果了,整个手都无力,就连擦身都成问题。。。=.=
明天更加不用说。。。
现在都开始吃蛋白,以便希望手臂得肉块点长出来^^

  1. You have to gain some weight before you do gym because you're tall. If you have muscles with your current body, it won't be good looking. And eat more chicken breast. Good luck
